Gen “Z” (born late 1990’s to mid 2000’s) likely have no memory of September 11 and self identify as being loyal, compassionate, thoughtful, open-minded, responsible and determined. It is likely, however, that they have not imagined learning and socializing in a home-bound global pandemic environment.
In this panel discussion, High School Sophomores Gus, Jenna, Riley, Alex, and Joey will talk about how they are:
- Managing their academics
- What tools they are finding most useful in their studies
- How they are scheduling their day
- How they are maintaining social networks
Participants will have time for questions so that they might use information from these students to inform their own work as educators and administrators. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Valerie Schmitz - Senior Director Continuous Improvement and Implementation at CESA 2.
