Chair Yoga
Yoga is for everyone and it helps everyone who is willing to be present physically, mentally and emotionally. This class addresses people with limited range of movement such as: Senior people, injury or operations recovery, multiple sclerosis or parkinson. If you find your body in a less mobile situation then this class is for you. You will enjoy the simple and fulfilling connection between the body-breath-mind and gently toning up with the help of yoga moves supported by a chair or in a sitting position. The first 45’ we will encourage moment and opening in the body-mind system and the last 15’ we will discuss the effects of the practice and how we can apply the learnings in our every day life.
*This class welcomes everyone with any level of experience.
