We’re all facing waves of anxiety or fear during this difficult period in our history. And yet, God is with us in it. Take the opportunity for a day and time set aside to be quiet, to be still and listen for the voice of God.
The Virtual Day of Quiet Zoom session will be open from 11-4:30 pm. At 4:00 pm, we’ll close the day with an Evening Prayer service over Zoom.
Join the Day of Quiet orientation at 11, 1 or 2 to learn how to access the Day of Quiet resources. We’ll have:
- Visio Divina
- a series of prayer exercises
- a guided visualization about Letting Go of fear and falling more deeply into a Loving God
- a guided meditation time
- Evening Prayer via at 4:00 pm.
For Lent, Doyt suggested a practice of Stillness- this is a great way to recommit to this beautiful path towards peace and a sense of God’s presence.
