We began this weekly meditation group because it was something we were longing for. We’ve each experienced first-hand the ways mindfulness and community can foster a sense of peace and connection, and wanted to bring them together. Each week we explore a contemporary, topical theme through the lens of mindfulness and community dialogue. And we experiment with bringing the idea from mind into body through practice.
This is donation based and open to all, no prior experience needed. Grab a cup of tea, get comfortable, and join us 7-8:30 pm PST.
Suggested sliding scale donation: $10-$12-$15. You are welcome to pay more or less; no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Payments can be made via Venmo (preferred - "Ashley-Dahl-8") or PayPal ("firstname.lastname@example.org".)
