Garrison Institute Community Meditation - Wednesdays a 8:30am
This is a weekly, unguided 45-minute meditation with a short reading by a group member followed by a discussion after. It is held on Wednesday mornings from 8:30-9:15am. The format includes mindfulness meditation and a reading. Meditation instruction is also available upon request. Both those with an established practice and beginners are most welcome.
