Annie Severson is an Organization Development and Change Management Consultant. Her goals are to build organizational capacity through the development of individuals, teams, and leaders in areas of project management, transformational leadership and organizational change management. Annie has 20+ years of experience in the public and private sectors as an accomplished leader, innovator, and change agent. She believes in a human-centered approach to transformational change. Her energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness are her trademark skills when working with teams and leaders. Annie holds a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Prosci® certified Train-the-Trainer and Change Management Practitioner. Annie is currently a Partner with The Athena Group in Olympia, WA and founder of Chapman Bay Collective, LLC. She is also a co-founder of F4 CoSolutions, the company responsible for designing and hosting a global collaborative change virtual conference in October 2021. She has trained over a thousand participants in change management methods and provides a practical way to manage change and transitions, large and small. Annie blends best practices and emergent models together for an ideal array of new skills and learnings.
