Should I use D365 Business Central or D365 for Sales?

In this session we will discuss and demonstrate the differences between Dynamics 365 Business Central (and it's offline predecessor, NAV) and Dynamics 365 for Sales and for Customer Engagement in terms of CRM functionality. You'll learn about the different data that each can manage, differences in Outlook integration, and the overall user experience.

We will also briefly demonstrate the integration available between Business Central and CRM and discuss the strengths and gaps in this integration.
