NOTE: This event is targeted for people who identify as women and are agricultural landowners or producers in SANTA BARBARA, SAN LUIS OBISPO, and/or VENTURA COUNTIES.
Build relationships with fellow women in agriculture in your community while sharing about the climate change-related stressors you are experiencing on your land. Learn what you can do about these challenges, both as a land steward and through advocacy. Speakers will share information on what the research shows about climate change impacts on agriculture in the Central Coast region, as well as the programs and support systems available to women farmers and landowners. Participants will have the chance to interact with resource providers during the Learning Circle sessions and will receive a packet of information on how to access technical assistance and resources in your county following the event.
