Make your own sauerkraut
Learn to make traditional, fermented sauerkraut in this workshop. Sauerkraut has many health benefits, including live enzymes, readily available vitamins and minerals, and probiotics. Only a few years ago, many thought that yogurt had the market cornered for foods that are probiotic, but the humble, traditional, tangy side dish of sauerkraut is making a big ol' comeback!

Andrea Potter is passionate about supporting health-motivated cooks to make informed healthy choices that start with vibrant, delicious, practical recipes and culinary techniques.
