FREE REMOTE CE - To Be Or Not To Be Paid, That is the Question (3 Hrs Contract Law))

COURSE OBJECTIVE:
After attending this class the participant will know when to use the different AAR approved forms dealing with broker compensation; possess the knowledge to explain the forms to their prospective client; and understand the licensee’s responsibility to disclose when more than one party is paying compensation. The material will outline the key Arizona Revised Statutes, Arizona Administrative Code, Commissioner’s Substantive Policies and NAR Codes of Ethics and industry standards of practice as it relates to cooperation and compensation. The instructor will utilize current industry issues in a discussion format to whet the participants desire to implement these practices into their day to day business and ensure the attendee's comprehension.
