Shopping has changed enormously over the last 15 years as e-commerce has rapidly challenged traditional bricks-and-mortar stores. To protect growth and profitability, offline retail experience should readapt to consumer preferences and define a 'new way' of shopping. Thus, this new way needs to be based on the underlying factors of both e-commerce and bricks-and-mortar successes. Burak will share a case-study on how a UK shopping centre capitalized on this new form of shopping by exploiting the advancements of artificial intelligence.
