Lunch and Learn: Nursing Home Transition

Please join us for an online information session on a new program that we are very excited about! We are Introducing Deb Stumpf, our Nursing Home Transition Specialist. She will be working with individuals who are currently in congregant settings who have a desire to live in the community. This will give you an opportunity to ‘meet’ Deb, watch a short video and ask questions. Please email or call Katrina at 717-394-1890 or kstirn@decpa.org to register or for more information.
