Silver Sneakers with Core and More with Elizabeth
This class provides a full body workout alternating between fun cardio and muscle strengthening segments. We also work on balance and challenge the brain with fun drills. The entire workout can be done with or without equipment. If you have a resistance band, weights (soup cans will do!), a small ball and a stable chair, please feel free to have those items nearby. Most importantly, bring yourself and plan on having a good time with your fitness friends.
