The real Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually. The Living Wage is calculated according to the real costs of living, with the new rate announced on 9th Nov 2020.
Over 1800 Scottish employers chose to pay the real Living Wage on a voluntary basis. Living Wage Scotland work with employers across Scotland, supporting them in their journey to becoming accredited, and promoting them as best practice employers.
