* November 18 - Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)/Trastorno de estres postraumatico el TEPT. Understanding PTSD: What types of PTSD are there? Who gets it? What are the symptoms?
* December 9 - Sleep Health/Salud del sueño: Find out the physical impact of experiencing sleep difficulties. What can I do to improve my sleep? Sleep health in the Latinx community.
Participation in this virtual workshop is open to whomever attends. The Zoom meeting for this workshop meets HIPAA standards of encryption and privacy protection, but we cannot guarantee privacy.
