* September 9 - Depression: Who is affected by depression/A quien afecta la depression? How do the symptoms look like/ Como se ven los symptomas de depression?

* October 21- Anxiety: Recognize the physiological manifestations of anxiety and how to manage an episode of anxiety/ Reconozca las manifestaciones fisiológicas de la ansiedad y cómo manejar.

* November 18 - Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)/Trastorno de estres postraumatico el TEPT. Understanding PTSD: What types of PTSD are there? Who gets it? What are the symptoms?

* December 9 - Sleep Health/Salud del sueño: Find out the physical impact of experiencing sleep difficulties. What can I do to improve my sleep? Sleep health in the Latinx community.

Participation in this virtual workshop is open to whomever attends. In order to maintain a safe and secure virtual environment, it is essential that each participant honor confidentiality and not reveal private information discussed by others during the workshop to non-participants. The Zoom meeting for this workshop meets HIPAA standards of encryption and privacy protection, but we cannot guarantee privacy.

*Limits of Confidentiality: All psychologists in Student Health Services are mandated reporters in the State of California. Mandated reporters are individuals who are mandated by law to report the following: reasonable suspicion of child, dependent adult, or elder abuse, and/or serious intent or threat to harm self or others. The psychologists in Student Health Services are NOT mandated to report Title IX violations.
