Interns at RTI receive mentored learning experiences that allow them to meaningfully contribute to RTI’s mission—to improve the human condition—by turning their knowledge and skills from academic coursework into practice. Throughout the summer, interns have the opportunity to participate in professional development activities that serve to supplement their technical experiences, culminating with the Internship Showcase.
