Y Mind Matters
The YMCA Newcomer Information Centre is hosting a one-of-a-kind program, a series of 12 webinars that will focus on helping Newcomers improve their mental and physical wellbeing, as well as form connections with other participants. Through engaging and informative webinars done by experts in the field, as well as interactive activities such as fitness classes, participants will get to learn about ways they can better take care of their overall wellbeing.
