Virtual Music & Morsels: Pianist Ian Scarfe's "The Romantic Piano"
Bring your coffee/tea & dessert, take a front row seat at your computer, and join pianist Ian Scarfe for this live recital with Q&A.

This month, Pianist Ian Scarfe takes us on a tour of the Romantic 19th Century, featuring popular works by Chopin, Brahms, Liszt, and more. The passion and lyricism of Frederic Chopin live side by side in his "Fantasie-Impromptu", which contrast with the balanced and restrained style of Johannes Brahms. Franz Liszt was perhaps best known as one of the great virtuoso performers at the piano during his lifetime, and his piano compositions still offer daunting challenges to pianists who choose to interpret them.

After the recital, stay for some live Q&A to ask Ian about the music and more!

Cost: FREE.
