The Role of HR in Addressing Workplace Inequality
Some may say that workplace inequality has existed – in some form or another – for as long as the workplace. As our country, itself, battles against inequities caused by a faltering economy, a global pandemic, and racial injustice, its unsurprising for the workplace to also feel these same struggles. Human Resource Business Professionals (HRBPs) tasked with combating workplace inequality may find it daunting to even know where to start. Unraveling workplace inequality requires a strategic and systemic approach, one that may vary dependent upon the business sector.
