Mobilizing High Performing Teams in a Time of Educational Crisis
During this unprecedented time of disruption to teaching and learning, we have to adapt and change how instruction is delivered to all students. Whether the plan is to continue providing instruction remotely, or to take a blended in-person/remote approach, we need to have high performing implementation teams in place to successfully guide implementation of reopening plans for the fall.

The Johns Hopkins University School of Education Center for Technology in Education will provide a free webinar where district and school leaders will learn how to develop a team’s capacity and motivation by selecting and mobilizing a diverse implementation team; developing a shared mission, team roles and norms to promote high performance; and building team consensus through decision making protocols.
