Wednesday: Bedtime Practices
Every Wednesday evening we will get together to close the day in a way that helps incorporate healthy habits so we can rest well and live more empowered lives.

These practices include:
- Honouring our struggles and things we overcame
- Acknowledging gratitude
- Expressing our desires

And then moving into a physical practice of maintaining and loving the body, which may be:
- Self massage
- Taking care of ailments

And finishing with a sleepy meditation.

I'm doing this because I love it and I hope you will to. I hope it helps us all sleep soundly and wake up refreshed, as well as helping our subconscious process effectively whilst we sleep.
