Building on the work of Session 1, Session 2 will continue exploration of ProInspire’s Leadership Model, with a focus on leading people and organizations. Topics will include building trust and relationships, disrupting bias, and transforming organizational culture. Attendees who would like to participate in this webinar are highly encouraged to attend Session 1.
