The COVID-19 pandemic turned life upside-down for many teens across Michigan. With school starting again, are you feeling anxious about going back into the classroom? Has the thought of interacting with classmates and teachers again got you on edge? If so, you’re not alone. And it might help to talk it out!
In this group counseling session designed specifically for people aged 14 to 17, you’ll have an opportunity to share your emotional ups and downs with other teens, and hear about their experiences, too. A trained Stay Well crisis counselor will moderate the session, standing by to listen and help participants process their feelings together.
The session will last one hour.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
NOTE: This is an emotional support group facilitated by crisis counselors. Registration information is for use during the session and to assist with our safety protocol, if needed. This is not mental health treatment, and no information will be retained.
