Most people will experience back pain in their lives whether it’s from sitting too long, improper ergonomics, injury, surgery, pregnancy, etc. Regardless if the pain is chronic or short-lived, it can cause a lot of misery and put a stop to many activities that we enjoy. The good news is, you don’t have to suffer any longer. In this workshop, you will learn the basic anatomy and structure of the lower back, an understanding of the general types and causes of lower back pain, a Yoga Therapy protocol specifically designed to address lower back pain, and ergonomic tips and tools for preventing lower back pain from recurring. In addition, the breathwork and meditation practices that you will experience will leave the mind calm in order to handle any residual pain that might be present.
