For this practice you will need 2 yoga blocks and a blanket. If you don't have yoga blocks are home, get creative with books or cushions.
Some yoga experience is recommended for this practice. Please always practice within your own level of comfort without forcing yourself.
Class fee is USD 11. A payment link will be included in your registration confirmation.
1. Your Health and Physical Condition.
Every form of exercise carries some degree of risk of injury. Some yoga exercises and postures are not appropriate for every person. You are responsible for making sure that your (mental) health and physical condition permit you to fully participate in the class, by consulting with an appropriate health-care professional before enrolling and participating. By paying for this class you confirm you are able and deemed fit to participate fully.
2. Waiver of Claims.
Accidents can happen in any form of exercise. Except for claims of personal injury based on intentional wrongful acts of Marije E. Paternotte, you are assuming the risk of injury, damage and/or loss of any kind to you and your property resulting from or related to your participation in this class, and you are waiving, releasing and discharging any and all such claims. The waiver of liability under these Terms applies to Marije E. Paternotte and extends to all claims, debts, liabilities, costs, expenses, and causes of action relating in any way to your participation in this class.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Marije E. Paternotte harmless from and against any and all of the claims that are waived in Section 2. above, and any other loss or liability resulting from your wrongful acts during this class.
