CES-NS Journal Club: Evaluation Capacity Building + Evaluating the Government's Evaluation Function

The discussion will be hosted by Rob Chatwin, CE and it will focus on two articles by Robert Lahey:

“Why Developing Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Is Critical to Understanding and Addressing Issues of Poverty and Inequality”

"Neutral Assessment of the National Research Council Canada Evaluation Function”.

These articles provide two examples of application of evaluation within organizations (one large and one very large). This discussion will be great background for the presentation by Bob Lahey scheduled later this month, (March 24th, 2021).
