Class begins at 5:15pm CST. The meeting room opens up at 5:00pm CST.
During this Pilates Mat class, we will focus of our breath and movement patterns in order to bring the mind and body connection into further harmony. Concentrating on alignment and posture, including functionality and fluidity of movement, this contemporary Pilates class offers a comprehensive practice that strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress. You may use props to enhance your practice.
