BGLAD Screening

After you submit this screening form we will contact you and set up a time to meet via Zoom in order to complete the screening process, orient you to group expectations, and to give you access to the group link so you can join us regularly!

All responses are confidential!
Not all questions are required, additional questions may be asked during the first Zoom call.

BGLAD is a FREE social support group for LGBTQ+ teens and is facilitated by trained Mental Health Professionals to maintain group expectations/rules.

**Must be between the ages of 13 and 19 to join group**

Group currently meets every Thursday from 5-6pm.
If you cannot make this time work please fill out the screening still to let us know you are interested and when you are available in case we are able to adapt!

**Must reside in King County to join group**
If you are outside King County you can still fill out this screening to let us know you are interested and we can either adapt group or help you find other local resources.
