Tuesday Breathwork
Breathwork is based on a yoga practice known as pranayama. Each week we’ll explore new breathing techniques designed to bring us to the present moment with a sense of self-awareness and calm. Through the use of specific techniques we’ll work to connect the mind, body, and soul. Benefits of pranayama, or breathwork, can include calming the mind and reducing stress, improving focus, and increasing energy, among others.
