Managers are often considered the “front line” of any organization because they interact with employees on many levels. They are in a challenging position of responding to their employees while also dealing with their own needs and concerns. In this session we will:
1) Identify normal employee emotional responses after a year of Covid-19.
2) Examine strategies for how/when to engage with employees effectively and with compassion.
3) Explore how to calibrate a response to meet employees’ needs and concerns.
4) Learn about resources to support you as a manager and your team
