Although what we practice is called Mindfulness, a strong relationship with the body is crucial to being fully present to our moment-to moment experience.

In this session, we’ll discuss the mind/body split in Western culture, which sometimes leads to a misunderstanding of the term Mindfulness, and then go on to experience how practicing with the Four Elements (Earth, Water, Air and Fire) can deepen our relationship with our bodies as well as with the natural world.

*Community service hour for teens
