Vanessa is looking forward to offering a Day of Practice for Friends of Bangor members and friends. The theme of the day will be 'The Tender Gravity of Kindness' with the intention of connecting with that much needed quality for ourselves and also widening out the circle of compassion to others and the beautiful and fragile world we live in. This seems especially vital in these challenging and uncertain times. The day will be mostly in silence apart from practice guidance.
The event is offered in the same spirit as all mindfulness-based approaches with the intention to co-create our time together. We offer a forum for personal formal practice, reflection and a chance to investigate themes that are current for you in your mindfulness practice/teaching.
This event will be conducted online using Zoom and further details will be sent to you closer to the time. We are piloting delivery day offerings online, so expect glitches and snags, all will be part of the present moment experience. Please do join around 10:15 to ensure that the audio and video are working.
Note that this event is limited to 20 participants and you will get a confirmation once we have had a chance to validate your registration.
Looking forward to welcoming you to the day.
