This space is dedicated specifically for individuals who have been formerly incarcerated. No matter how long it has been, this is a safe space where you can process your experience. Every 3rd Monday of the month you can engage in a deep breathing or meditation followed with Ms. Betty and Graham facilitating and addressing a range of topics that can be helpful to our IJ community.
