Reshaping Church Conversations is a series of virtual learning dialogues through Central Seminary's Reshaping Church: Thriving Congregations program. This series is intended to provide a space of collective learning and reflection for pastors and congregational leaders on critical topics for the thriving of congregations during challenging times. Each conversation will be guided by scholar-practitioners in the areas of pastoral leadership, congregational transformation, adaptive leadership, and social change.
