Living on the Smile Side of Life with Laughter for the Health of It!
Guest presenter Noreen Braman will be leading a session of Laughter Yoga. Learn why laughter is a human survival skill, used by humans even longer than spoken language. Find out the “side effects” of a good, hearty belly laugh. Practice smiling, and how to fool your brain into releasing those “feel good” hormones. Finish the program with a sample of laughter wellness/laughter yoga exercises that help you learn to "laugh for no reason" without jokes or comedy.

Noreen Braman, author of "Treading Water" is a certified Laughter
Yoga Leager and Laughter Wellness Instructor as well as member of the Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor. She has been helping groups fight stress with humor, joy and happiness since 2010.
