COB Tuesday Talk: Cynthia Patterson - Vice President of Customer Care at Heska

Join the College of Business CMC and MBA/DVM Alumni, Cynthia Patterson for this week's Tuesday Talk!

Cynthia is a veterinarian with a passion for small animals and the families who care for them, and currently directs seven unique teams at Heska as the Vice President of the Customer Care division. Heska is a company that provides the benefits of the latest generation technologies to pet healthcare providers.

Cynthia has experience in owning her own small businesses, including residential property management and a mobile veterinary accupuncture practice. The veterinary hospitals Cynthia has worked at have allowed her to experience privately owned, corporate, and government practices.

Through the combined DVM/MBA program at Colorado State University and my career experience, she has developed a keen sense of what is necessary to drive team development and successful practice growth. Her passions within veterinary medicine include strategic business development, organizational leadership, improving client retention rates, and reducing employee turnover rates.

Cynthia is committed to raising awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion needs as they pertain to the BIPOC veterinary community.
