Weekly Hatha Yoga Class - This class is inspired by Vickie’s experience as a Kripalu and Dharma Yoga Teacher. Enjoy an even paced, gentle flow. Sequences vary and may include Sun Salutations. Classes include stretching and deep relaxation. This is a moderately physical practice.
Before you begin, gather your props. You will need your yoga mat and may want to use a blanket, cushion, bolster, blocks, and strap. You may wish to play your own music during the class. I will not play music in the background, as with live streaming it gets distorted.
