Together we'll explore different ways to maintain and boost resilience, as well as look in to the physiology of performance and its impacts.
In this session we'll explore what are your time wasters, and explain why we procrastinate, and how do we manage it. This will give an opportunity to reflect on what gets in the way of your focus, and resilience. We will also consider tools and strategies to better support future outcomes.
