“Making Mediation Meaningful”
I n this interactive webinar we discuss why introducing a course integrating mediation and business was relevant to the speaker’s digital engineering student audience. We explain how our experience of working in a multinational department informed course planning regarding content, timetabling and logistics. We focus on how parameters like student age and professional experience determined the success or failure of specific modules.
We address face to face and online assessment and discuss how useful CEFR descriptors were to determine proficiency.
We end with information about student feedback mid and end of course in order to set action points for a future iteration.
