Because of our unique backgrounds and extensive experience, Frank Taylor, FTG President, will team up with Mary Solomon, Consultant on this training initiative. President of Frank Taylor Group, Inc. (FTG), a management consulting services company created in October 2011, specializes in developing highly effective, customized strategies to meet client-focused needs. We have successfully assisted several organizations over the last ten years.
Frank and Mary are passionate and successful public servants with more than twenty combined years in a workforce development administrative capacity. In addition, Mr. Taylor served as the Executive Director for Macomb County Community Services Agency (MCCSA) for over ten years, and Ms. Solomon served the same organization as the Assistant Director for ten years and as the Executive Director for two years.
In addition, Frank served as the Michigan Community Action Interim Executive Director for eleven months in 2013 and again for six months in 2019.
