BeWell Jewish Meditation Series with Alison Laichter
This series is designed to offer a broad introduction and tools for bringing Jewish Meditation into your clinical practice and/or well-being programs for young people. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Jewish Meditation, engage in a “train the trainer” workshop, and have time to bring it home and reconnect with the instructor and group to hone practices. The series will be interactive, inspiring, and create a space for reflection and practice to bring back to your work with young people!
