Monday Wellness Workout with CSCET
Here are some tips from your instructor to help you maximize the benefits of this class:
- have dumbells or canned goods or water bottles close by
- be close to a wall that you can use for support
- wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes

Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be offering weekly movement classes via Zoom Meetings.
