This series will help participants develop a broad range of coping skills applicable to daily life, including managing stress, emotions, and uncertainty, as well as take a deeper dive into the practice of mindfulness. The dates for each individual workshop are listed below.
Coping with Stress: 2/1, 3/1, 4/5, 5/3 (First Monday of the month)
Surviving Difficult Emotions: 2/8, 3/8, 4/12, 5/10 (Second Monday of the month)
Navigating Uncertainty: 2/15, 4/19, 5/17 (Third Monday of the month)
Mastering Mindfulness: 1/25, 2/22, 3/22, 4/26 (Fourth Monday of the month)
