Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be providing Educational and Stress Management Programs via Zoom Meetings.

Whether our life is filled with too much stress, too much worry, or too much tension, a mindfulness practice can help us, if just for a moment, let go of these challenging feelings. Pre-registration required.
