Dr. Lynn McNicoll is a student of aging. She has spent a lifetime working with elders and absorbing insights into their lives, their hearts and their needs. As a geriatrician in an academic practice who serves in nursing homes, Green Houses and the hospital, she has a great deal of wisdom to share about the care of elders and even more, since the COVID pandemic. The underlying theme of her life and work however, is the process of exposing the rich tapestry of care that can be optimized by knowing each person individually and having a sense of who they are.
