Mat pilates that is gentle and effective... you will need a resistance band and a thick mat. Strengthen and tone, stretch and limber up, align your spine, activate your core. Additional prop (if needed) is a cushion or pillow. Modifications to movements provided... as well as ways to progress movements for a bit more of a challenge.
