Because meaning isn’t in what was or what will be but in what is, in this moment. Breema puts so much emphasis on the body (body-mind connection) because the body is our entrance to meaning. You can’t learn Breema with your mind. You can’t find meaning through thoughts, concepts, sensations, or emotions.By working with the aim of being present and the Nine Principles of Harmony, you may find the meaning in yourself.
The exercises sometimes include kneeling, and occasionally laying down on the floor, so please wear comfortable clothing, and have a space with a carpet, yoga mat, or, some padding, so you can comfortably participate .
