Facilitated by the Northwest Lymphedema Center, this in-depth workshop will cover manual lymphatic drainage and bandaging, the impact of exercise on lymphatic clearing, skin care and compression garment options, as well as the importance of proper nutrition and stress management for successful lymphedema management.
