Diet is just as important as exercise in living a healthy life! A guest presenter Lisa LaMarca from In Home Personal Training (IHT) will be presenting a nutrition class on healthy foods. The class will explore the meaning and benefits of a well balanced diet relating to improving general health and energy in our daily busy lives.
Lisa has always been passionate about helping others with their personal health goals. Growing up in a health "club" envirnoment, she was exposed to exercise and wellness at a very young age, often assisting her mother with exercise classes. She has coached a Master's Swim Team, taught Bootcamp classes, personal trained with various populations and conducted nutrition/healthy eating seminars, weight loss challenges and workshops. She is a graduate of Montclair State University with a BS in Food and Nutrition and Texas Tech University with an MS in Food and Nutrition. Lisa is also a certified Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
