Mindfulness Based Stress Reductions - 8 Week Series
Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be providing Educational and Stress Management Programs via Zoom Meetings.

If you are new to Mindfulness or MBSR, please call to speak with a member of the program staff for an orientation to this series 546-4661.

This 8-week program involves the practice of focusing your attention in the present moment in order to relax the body & calm the mind. Regular practice helps us manage stress, reduce anxiety & depression, & cultivate well-being. Plan to attend all 8 classes.
